Listing corrections
For an incorrect app name, outdated detail or broken link, note the EzApp page address, the affected information and the correct store listing. These details help identify exactly what needs to change.
Publisher and rights enquiries
If you represent an app publisher or rights holder, include the page in question, your relationship to the app and the correction or removal you are requesting.
Help with an app
EzApp cannot access app accounts, process refunds or cancel subscriptions. For installation problems, billing questions or product support, use the developer’s support link on the store listing or contact the store where you made the purchase.
Never include passwords, verification codes or full payment details in a support message.
